Jim Thomsen is a rare blend of opposites such as nudist and Buddhist or Minister and Sex Researcher and Writer Poet while also a scientist.  Having a dozens of careers, entrepreneur, inventor and even stand up comic he continually reinvents himself in service to others.

After moving to Key West, Jim Thomsen became the Chairman of the Adult Religious Education Program for the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Key West for three years.   During that time he developed and presented a 12 week, 40 hour spiritual development program attended by 25 people each week.

In December of 2006, Jim completed his Bachelor of Divinity and became ordained as part of the Universal Brotherhood Movement which is a 25 year old international ministry dedicated to spiritual service.   Focusing on training and writing, Jim continues to develop on line and live spiritual development programs on diverse and often sensitive topics.

HYPNOSIS FOR HEALING

Part of our ministry is using hypnosis for healing and spiritual growth.  Trained, certified and experienced for over twenty years in hypnosis and counseling, Jim provides hypnosis services for victims of sexual trauma, victims of violence, and other kinds of phobias, emotional trauma and life enhancement goals.  Past life regressions are offered from time to time.

DEATH, DYING AND TRANSITION

Another key aspect of our mission is to assist those experiencing death, dying or major life transitions.  Having direct experience including his own near death journey, Jim is happy to provide individuals, families and others the tools to master these life passages with grace, peace and non fear.
